When you submit a reservation request through our booking forms, we collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number or WhatsApp contact
• Travel dates and guest count (not personal data, but submitted alongside your details)

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined by the LFPDPPP (such as health information, biometric data, or financial information beyond what you voluntarily share).

Your personal data is collected solely to respond to your reservation request and coordinate your booking directly with you. We use it to:

• Confirm availability and send you a booking response
• Coordinate arrival details, check-in, and any special requests
• Follow up if we need additional information to complete your reservation

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond managing your reservation unless you explicitly ask us to stay in touch.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Our booking forms are processed by Netlify (netlify.com), a US-based web hosting platform that handles form submissions on our behalf. Netlify receives the form data as part of delivering it to us. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Beyond Netlify's infrastructure role, your data stays between you and us.
